The journey to wellness and renewal began even before our arrival, with coaching calls and chat conversations already creating a special connection among the group. Upon entering Sedona, a reverent silence enveloped everyone. It was more than just beauty; it was the energy of the place that left us completely awestruck. For this retreat, L’Auberge de Sedona revealed itself as an unparalleled sanctuary, nestled by the murmuring Oak Creek and boasting spectacular views of the red rock formations.
This retreat transcended resumes and achievements; we focused on our challenges, shared humanity, dreams, and strengths. With activities like hikes followed by yoga sessions on the rocks, aligning breath and movement with the breathtaking landscape. These moments prepared us for deep dives into topics like mindset, hormones, sex education, and longevity. The intensity of learning was balanced with laughter, moments to breathe and move, revitalizing massages, and sumptuous meals.
As we said our goodbyes, the sense of mission accomplished was evident. In a few days, we formed a community of empowered women, equipped with new energies, purposes, and tools to promote health and well-being in our communities and ourselves. This experience was a gift we all gave to ourselves, a reminder of the power of unity and self-awareness.
