CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure a smooth and organized event, we have established a 90-day cancellation policy. Please review the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation Period
Participants may cancel their registration for the retreat up to 90 days before the scheduled start date of the event. A refund of the registration/booking fee paid will be issued minus a participant's card processing fee (2.9% of the amount + $0.30). The refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
Partial Refunds
No partial refunds will be provided for partial attendance or early departures during the retreat.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your registration/booking, please notify us by email at natasha@ebbtideventures.com. Include your full name and the reason for cancellation in your communication.
Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend the retreat but wish to transfer your registration to another person, you may do so within the 90-day cancellation period. Please contact us at natasha@ebbtideventures.com, to provide the full details of the new participant for the transfer.
Insurance Recommendation
It is mandatory for participants to have travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during the retreat. No refunds will be made for participants without travel insurance.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
Ebb Tide Ventures LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event in the face of unforeseen circumstances or situations that make it illegal, unfeasible, or unlikely for participants to partake. Such situations may encompass globally recognized health threats, as determined by respected organizations such as the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or local government or health authorities. Examples of these health threats include, but are not limited to, COVID-19, H1N1, or similar contagious diseases, which may lead to transportation access restrictions or similar issues, justifying the event's cancellation. In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement, Ebb Tide Ventures LLC will provide credit for a future event or refund the registration fee. However, Ebb Tide Ventures LLC is not responsible for any other expenses, losses, or fees arising from the event's cancellation.
By registering for our retreat, participants agree to comply with this 90-day cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and organization of our event.
