ASCEND RETREATS
Payment & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all Ebb Tide Ventures LLC retreats, regardless of location or destination.
Payment Schedule

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

The remaining balance is divided into two equal installments, due 30 and 60 days after registration. The final payment must be received no later than 90 days before the retreat start date. If necessary, the payment schedule will be adjusted to ensure the balance is paid in full by the 90-day deadline.

By registering for a retreat, guests agree to pay the full retreat fee according to the payment schedule, regardless of whether they ultimately attend.
48-Hour Cooling-Off Period

Guests may cancel registration within 48 hours of making the initial payment for a refund of all amounts paid, less a 5% payment processing fee.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

After the 48-hour cancellation period, all payments are non-refundable.

Canceling does not cancel or reduce a guest's financial obligation. If a guest cancels after the 48-hour period, all remaining scheduled payments stay due and will be charged according to the agreed payment schedule, whether or not the guest attends the retreat.

No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, or any other reason.
Registration Transfers

Guests who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to another participant.

Transfer requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the retreat start date by emailing natasha@ascendretreats.com with the new participant's full name, email address, phone number, and any other requested registration information.

Once the transfer is complete, the new participant assumes all rights and responsibilities associated with the registration.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
Ebb Tide Ventures LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any retreat due to unforeseen circumstances that make it illegal, unfeasible, or impractical for the event to be held or for participants to attend — including globally recognized health threats as identified by organizations such as the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or local government and health authorities (for example, COVID-19, H1N1, or other contagious diseases resulting in travel restrictions).
In the event of a cancellation or postponement, we will offer either a credit toward a future retreat or a full refund of the registration fee. Ebb Tide Ventures LLC is not responsible for any additional expenses, losses, or fees incurred as a result of the retreat's cancellation, including but not limited to flights, visas, or other travel arrangements.
