MEET DR. NATASHA
Dr. Natasha Raja Varley is the founder of Ascend Retreats. She is a world traveler, physician, adventurer, advocate, and certified life coach. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge of science and holistic practices, as well as harnessing the power of the mind to heal the body—and the body to heal the mind.
She is a dedicated advocate for women, and her superpower is building community.

MEET DR. KELLY
Dr. Kelly Casperson is a multi-talented surgeon, entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, bestselling author, and host of the top podcast You Are Not Broken. Originally from Duluth, Minnesota, she earned her degree from the University of Minnesota and completed her surgical and urologic training at the University of Colorado. Recently featured in The M Factor documentary, now streaming on PBS, Dr. Casperson is a dynamic speaker who appears on stages worldwide. She is passionate about female sexual health and menopause, empowering women to take a proactive approach to their well-being.

Our mission extends beyond hosting luxury wellness retreats. While we provide science-backed insights from industry experts to help women take charge of their health, we also strive to foster connections and inspire attendees to share this knowledge within their own communities.
