We can't wait to welcome you! Please review the following terms and conditions before booking a retreat with Ebb Tide Ventures LLC.

These terms apply to all our retreats, regardless of destination.

Travel Insurance​

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Travel insurance can reimburse you for trip costs if your plans change due to unforeseen circumstances, and should also cover medical emergencies, emergency transportation, and loss, theft, or damage of belongings while traveling.

For the best coverage, insure the full trip cost within two weeks of your initial deposit. Note that most "Cancel For Any Reason" policies must be purchased on the same day as your initial deposit.

Payment, Cancellations & Transfers​

Payment schedule, cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, and registration transfers are covered in full in our Payment & Cancellation Policy. By registering for a retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined there, including any applicable non-refundable payments.

Conflicts of Interest​

Ebb Tide Ventures LLC requires all instructors, planners, and key contributors involved in a retreat to disclose any potential conflicts of interest (COI) related to the content. This ensures transparency and upholds the integrity of the program.
