We’re thrilled to offer you an exclusive AR special rate for a Deluxe Room — available for your retreat stay, with the option to extend up to 3 days before and after. This offer provides savings of up to $1,200 CAD, with limited availability. Booking details will be shared once you’ve registered.
At our special rate of 525 CAD per night (approximately $375 USD), based on current exchange rates), you’ll enjoy the Four Seasons’ lowest price guarantee for a Deluxe Room (single or double occupancy), excluding resort fees and taxes.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Reservations can be cancelled until April 22, 2026, midnight EST, for a refund of payments made, minus your $500 deposit. The refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
After April 22, 2026, all bookings become non-refundable. If you are on a payment plan, please note that any cancellations made after this date will still require the full remaining balance to be completed.
To cancel your registration/booking, please notify us by email at natasha@ascendretreats.com. Include your full name and the reason for cancellation in your communication. The refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
